That means an extra hour of sleep. Only two states, Hawaii and Arizona, don't observe Daylight Saving Time. According to the Sleep Foundation, dozens of states continue to consider proposals to adopt either permanent daylight saving time or permanent standard time. However, only Oklahoma has enacted a legislative change in 2024. We should all expect clock changes to continue due to no new movement on proposed changes at the federal level.
