Rocio Rivera has details.Preview: Nine-year-old Maddox Massie is being hailed a local hero for rescuing a drowning 2-year-old. Massie's mom, Ashby McCray, tells WSET she was swimming with her son at the Gables of Jefferson Commons' pool when they noticed a pair of blue swim trunks at the bottom. Her 9-year-old then went into action and retrieved the child from the pool. McCray says she started baby CPR, and the toddler woke up and started throwing up. Bedford County Fire and Rescue took the toddler to the hospital. There's no word on the toddler's condition, but he was alive when paramedics arrived. I'm RR.
