The FBI finds 150 homemade pipe-bombs at a Virginia farm during a search last month. It calls the seizure on the Isle of Wight the largest involving finished devices in FBI history. Agents found other homemade devices as well. A prosecutor is charging the unnamed suspect with violations related to firearms and likely explosives.

A Virginia city has its 1st Black female Mayor. She's Alexandria's new Mayor Alyia Gaskins - sworn in Thursday. The former Alexandria City Councilwoman tells News-4 she's thrilled and ready to get to work....Preview: Her background is in public health and city planning.
