A Norfolk woman needs help after thugs shot up her car. Police say somebody sprayed bullets November 19th at cars and buildings at victim Tanya Campbell's apartment complex. She tells News-10 the car she paid-off won't work.....Preview: Now Campbell has to rely on friends or Uber. Her insurance covers only liability and Southwind Apartments management says it's not responsible for property damage. She has a GoFundMe account to help get a new car and move elsewhere.

The governor’s office is growing even as Gov. Youngkin pushes for more state efficiency. His office growing substantially in the 1st 3 yrs of his administration. The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports Youngkin’s office spent $2.8 million more in the fiscal year ending June 30th than his predecessor Gov. Ralph Northam in fiscal 2020.

A southwestern Virginia woman is under arrest and charged in a murder-for-hire plot. The Henry Co. Sheriff says they have audio and video of 44 yr old Genevieve McGhee planning the murder-for-hire. Fox News reports she met with a confidential source at her home in Ridgeway VA. Charges include criminal solicitation of murder.
