Virginia Sen. Mark Warner is no fan of the resignation option on offer to thousands of federal workers. Warner says money for the buyout isn't guaranteed and so in essence it's "buyer beware".....

The buyout's on pause until a Monday court hearing. At least 1 federal workers union has filed suit over it. 2 million federal workers and only about 60,000 taking the deal, so far.

A Virginia family is helping children in memory of it's own child lost to a rare disease. The 5th annual Kellan's Legacy of Love Toy Drive in Richmond runs now through March 1st. Kellan Reynolds' aunt Ruth Reynolds tells CBS-6.....

9 yr old Kellan died in Richmond's St. Mary's Hospital in 2020. The toy drive celebrates his memory by collecting toys to give to other children now getting treatment at St. Mary's. This year's goal is collecting 2,500 toys through dropoff sites.

A Virginia human trafficking operation deputies targeted turns out to be a Bible study class. The Stafford Co. Sheriff says a drunk neighbor called deputies to a mobile home park after he stormed in and punched a man. The man is a minister and the Sheriff confirms it was Bible study. Deputies arrested the man who punched the preacher.
