The Youngkin administration says it’s saved $105 million through reforms in procurement. Unemployment claims in Virginia declined last week over the previous week. The U-S Department of Labor reporting unemployment filings fell to 2,820 in the weekending April 12th, down almost 1,000 from the preceding week. Kentucky is highest - up over 187%.
