A drag race between a Stafford Co. father and son ends in a wreck that cuts off electric power to over 2,000 people. The Sheriff says it knocked down a power pole. Deputies are charging the 45 yr old father with racing, child neglect, and more. He’s in jail without bond and charges are pending against his 15 yr old son.
