A James City Co. Police Officer faces child abuse charges. The police department saying Friday they indicted Ofc. Caleb Crawford on charges of malicious wounding and child abuse. He’s on unpaid leave and suspected of hurting a child related to him in March. The incident is not work related.

Virginia joins the federal government and 28 states in a lawsuit aimed at breaking up Live Nation and it’s subsidiary Ticketmaster. They argue concert promoter Live Nation and ticketer Ticketmaster are monopolies. The suit filed Thursday argues they violate anti-trust laws with anti-competitive practices.
