A massive fire Friday afternoon slams a condo complex in Hampton. 4 people hurt including 2 firefighters and 20 people displaced at the Pine Cone Harbour condo complex. Kenisha Sumner tells News-10 her mom called from her condo.....Preview: Her mom will be OK. 12 condos damaged in the 40 yr old complex built before code required sprinklers. No word on cause or the condition of the 4 people hurt. The Red Cross is helping 12 of the 20 people displaced.
