An amusement park malfunction in Williamsburg leaves people stranded on a roller coaster nearly 2 hours. Riders on the Griffon at Busch Gardens -- stranded on top of the roller coaster Friday afternoon after they got stuck on the rails halfway through the ride. The riders got off safely about two hours later.

The state corrections department is charging a woman in connection with an August escape from Bon Secours St. Mary’s Hospital in Henrico Co. - Officials saying Friday Sasha Castillo is under indictment for aiding the escape of prisoner Naseem Roulack July 1st. He was transferred there from Greensville Correctional for medical treatment.
