Scary moments Thursday at a south central Virginia high school. A servere reaction to a gummy putting a Sussex Co. High School student in the hospital. School resource officer Cpl. Darryl Davis tells CBS-6 he helped the male student.....Preview: The student will be OK. The Sheriff says he got the gummy candy from another student maybe laced with a drug. Toxicology will determine that. The superintendent says both students are banned from campus pending disciplinary action.

The mother of 28 yr old Irvo Otieno weeps on his grave after learning Friday 2 wrongful death cases in Dinwiddie Co. will be dropped. He died March 6th while being restrained during a mental health incident at a state hospital. Caroline Otieno is upset that cases will be dropped against Henrico Co. Deputies Kaiyell Sanders and Brandon Rogers.

Dominion Energy is discussing small nuclear reactors with other tech companies. Dominion wants the reactors to make electricity for power hungry data centers. The plan seems to be Dominion partnering with big tech companies like Amazon who would provide part of the funding to build reactors to make electricity for their data centers.
