Virginia Beach residents are worried about the city’s proposed budget. Residents telling officials at a public hearing this week those officials are out of touch with economic reality for their constituents. The proposed budget of $2.8 billion is up 4.7% over last year. A number of people saying what they need is tax cuts not tax hikes.
