New information about a Virginia deputy convicted of child sex abuse. 64 yr old former Nelson Co. deputy Raymond Uttaro [A-tar-ro] wept in the central Virginia court hearing guilty verdicts on 18 counts of child sex crimes. Commonwealth's Attorney Daniel Rutherford says the boy came forward.....Preview: The teenager disclosed years of abuse to a therapist last July. He says Uttaro gave him oxycodone pills to crush into powder and snort before sex.
