The sewage pipe leak that led to a James River health advisory started July 2nd. Government officials adding Friday they didn’t tell the public until July 17th. That’s when they advised people to avoid the lower part of the James River. The leak is over but the health department has not yet lifted the health advisory.

A Fairfax Co. man has a daily battle with misguided balls from a golf course. The Jefferson Park Golf Course is next to Forrest Hatcher's home of over 50 yrs. Duffers denting siding, shattering windshields; even hitting his son. He tells News-4 the county won't reimbuse him.....Preview: Fairfax Co. says it's the duffers -- not the county -- responsible for damage. But Hatcher says that's a handicap too high because golfers won't admit they did it.
