A Richmond man is steamed about his big residential water bill. He assumed payments for the house in January and now the bill is over $8,000. The city replaced the water meter -- customer Bruce Johnson says that didn't fix the problem and tells CBS-6 he talks to the city.....

City inspectors didn't find any leaks, either, so they replaced the water meter again and are waiting to see if it works. Meanwhile, Richmond wants him to pay $150 a month.

Virginia triggers fraud allegations by removing what it labels “noncitizens” from voting roles. Local officials say much of it may be the result of errors when people fill out paperwork or answer questions online. Gov. Younkin issued an executive order this month removing over 6,300 noncitizens for accidently or maliciously trying to register.

Prosecutors accuse a New Kent Co. man of stealing $4.5 million dollars from a nonprofit that helps the families of children with brain injuries. 38 yr old John Rains was chief financial officer for the Virginia Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Program. The feds saying Thursday he used the money for luxury items like gold coins.
