NTSB continues investigating the mid-air collision that killed 67 people Wednesday night at Reagan National in Virginia. A Blackhawk military helicopter collided with an American Airlines passenger jet. Sen. Tim Kaine says Reagan is designed to handle 15 million passengers a year but handles 25 million.....Preview: Reagan added another 10 flights this past year. Some economists say Pres. Trump’s tariffs could depress the economy in Hampton Roads. Old Dominion University researchers point to tariffs lowering the volume of imports through Virginia ports. The researchers say Trump policies would also hurt the state’s budding offshore wind industry and cut federal dollars going to state workers.

The Virginia Beach Sheriff makes changes after an in-custody death. Inmate Rolin Hill died at the jail last year following rough treatment by 5 now-fired deputies. A Virginia Beach farm is closed this weekend after finding birds positive for bird flu. A spokeswoman for Hunt Club Farm says migrating waterfowl likely brought in the bird flu. The Bird-Walk Aviary will also be closed for 30 days.
