A Hampton Roads lawyer is suing Suffolk and Chesapeake for using speed cameras to issue traffic tickets. An out-of-state company runs the cameras and issues tickets. A Chesterfield Co. tree worker is dead after falling 50 ft from the top of a bucket truck Thursday . Colonial Heights Police identify the victim as 47 yr old Charles Sloan Jr. - Detectives say Sloan was trimming a tree when a rope attached to the tree broke and threw him to the ground.
