2 central Virginia people - arrested for involvement in the January 6th capitol riot. Investigators picked up Henrico Co. residents Celena Belton and Bennett Blair, Thursday. They traced them by cellphone video. Charges include disorderly conduct and entering a restricted building.

It's the gift of life. Riverside Health in Portsmouth is teaming with The American Heart Association to distribute 100 free infant CPR kits to mothers. The kits include instructions for choking relief and a doll on which to practice. Riverside Nursing Director Ticorea William tells News-10 practice in important.....Preview: She says the goal is to have 1 person in each household trained in hands-only CPR and understand that life-saving procedure. Riverside will start distribution in a couple weeks.
