(Lynchburg VA) - All the power's back on in the Lynchburg area after the winter storm last week. But Appalachian Power isn't standing down. Spokesman George Porter tells ABC-13 they've got crews on standby this weekend if needed.....Preview: Porter says they're in good shape after a week of practice restoring power to thousands of customers. And any storm this weekend will likely be less intense than last week.
