(Chesapeake VA) - A Chesapeake neighborhood is on bear-watch. Neighbors spotting a young black bear this week boldly browsing bird feeders and caught on home surveilance video. This woman tells WAVY-TV it visited her Thursday night.....Preview: Others are seeing it, too.
