(Chesapeake VA) - A 3 yr old girl drowns in a Chesapeake lake. Chesapeake Police found her in distress at Oak Grove Lake Park Friday morning. Police spokesman Leo Kasinski tells News-10 her mother reported the girl missing.....Preview: Officers found her in the water near a playground and rushed her to the hospital. But the little girl didn't make it and police say it remains under investigation.
