(Haymarket VA) - A judge rules Wednesday the man who planned a Virginia church shooting is fit for trial. Prince William Co. Police arrested 35 yr old Rui Jiang last year after his media posts theated a mass shooting at Park Valley Church in Haymarket. Fairfax Co.
