(Lake Caroline VA) - Debby devastates part of Caroline Co. in eastern Virginia. The worst is in the Lake Caroline community -- 30 homes damaged. Maj. Chris Nutter with the Caroline Co. Sheriff''s Office telling CBS-6 earlier this week.....Preview: Deputies and others gjoing door-to-door checking to be sure everyone was safe. There's also a big community response with residents helping neighbors impacted by the storm.
