(Fairfax VA) - A northern Virgina deputy gets fired for allegedly punching a handcuffed suspect. The Fairfax Co. Sheriff firing Sgt. Joshua Silver for punching 32 yr old Nicholas Marcos 3 times September 11th for refusing orders repeatedly. News-4 with this police-cam audio.....Preview: Former Sgt.
