(Fairfax VA) - A Fairfax Co. man has a daily battle with misguided balls from a golf course. The Jefferson Park Golf Course is next to Forrest Hatcher's home of over 50 yrs. Duffers denting siding, shattering windshields; even hitting his son. He tells News-4 the county won't reimbuse him.....Preview: Fairfax Co. says it's the duffers -- not the county -- responsible for damage. But Hatcher says that's a handicap too high because golfers won't admit they did it.
