(Ashland VA) - The feds are investigating Hanover Co. Schools for its handling of racial harrassment. Parent Nyseria Baylor-Ali filed a complaint saying students at Cold Harbor Elementary harrassed her son racially. She tells CBS-6 her son came home last fall.....Preview: She says her son really likes school so it's a shock to hear him want home schooling. The D-O-E Office for Civil Rights is investigating after Baylor-Ali's complaint the district discriminated by failing to respond appropriately to racial harrassment.
