(Chesterfield Courthouse VA) - Police in metro Richmond's Chesterfield Co. arrest a suspected killer. Officers say 20 yr old Nekyi Cherry shot 19 yr old Andrew Giles while Giles was driving and Giles car crashed into a house at 1am New Years Day. Ofc. Matthew Dunn tellls CBS-6 there's no threat to the community.....Preview: Police arrested Cherry Thursday -- charges include 2nd degree murder and shooting in a public place.
