(Sterling VA) - The teen who caused a wreck that killed a man in Loudoun Co. gets prison time. Police say 18 yr old Jose Espinosa was going 111mph when he hit 33 yr old big rig driver Caesar Yepez's [YE-pez] truck in 2023. Yepez died from burns. Espinosa getting 5 yrs Thursday. His widow Briana Yepez tells News-4 it's hard on their kids age 3 and one.....Preview: She could barely speak to the court Thursday through her tears. Espinosa apologized to the family.
