(Virginia Beach VA) - Virginia House Speaker Don Scott calls it racial . Wednesday staff denied Scott permission to enter 1st Colonial HS in Virginia Beach after a teacher asked him to speak. The Superintendent apologized and Scott tells News-10 he'll still come.....Preview: But he still calls the entry denial a slap in the face. School officials suggesting Thursday the teacher didn't go through the proper vetting process for a speaker or get the right form filled out. The Virginia Beach NAACP says it's outraged.
