(wrap) - It was last Wednesday in Virginia Beach. Staff at 1st Colonial HS denied Scott permission to enter after a teacher asked him to speak to students. The Superintendent apologized and Scott tells News-10 he'll still come talk.....Preview: But he still calls it a slap in the face. School officials suggesting Thursday the teacher didn't go through the proper vetting process for a speaker or get the right form filled out. The Virginia Beach NAACP says it's outraged.
