(Portsmouth VA) - Tariffs aren't slowing down sales at Virginia flower shops ahead of Mothers Day tomorrow. Tom Parker runs a flower shop in Portsmouth. He tells News-10 prices are up but so are sales and he knows why.....Preview: His prices include a tariff markup of 10% for flowers from Columbia and 16.8% for flowers from Ecuador. Inflation, too. But Parker says he had 200 delivery orders by Friday morning and expects hundreds more before the weekend ends.
