(wrap) - Narcan is a nasal spray that can reverse an opioid overdose. The Hanover Co. Community Services Board will mail Narcan weekly to people who ask for it. The program's Chris Townes tells CBS-6 the price is right.....Preview: The pilot program starts January 7th. Residents 18 and older can fill out a request form as often as they want and then have Narcan "at the ready" if they need it. I'm Charley O'Brian.
