(Goochland VA) - The 5th District GOP primary recount moves to August 1st. The court clerk in Goochland Co. (near Richmond) says it's over a judge schedule. The recount follows State Sen. John McGuire winning the primary by only 374 votes over incumbent Cong. Bob Good. McGuire tells ABC-13 Good will have to pay for it, but.....Preview: McGuire is confident he'll stay the winner. And Good -- if he loses again -- will have to pony up nearly $97,000 for the recount.
