(Richmond VA) - CoStar Group lays off over 100 Richmond workers this week - replaced by A-I. Co-Star has over 2,500 employees in the Richmond area. VCU A-I expert Dr. Milos Manic tells CBS-6 he isn't surprised.....Preview: Manic says A-I is the future but not to panic because companies will find the right balance. CoStar also plans to hire 1,000 new people for parts of its opertation. It runs real estate sites that include Homes.com and Apartments.com.
