(wrap) - Virginia Beach Police and State Troopers chasing a woman in a stolen U-Hall box truck. Witness Sharina tells News-10 she videoed the truck start going the wrong way.....Preview: Police continued chasing 21 yr old Ashly Barnes into Norfolk. Barnes wrecked after a trooper used a PIT maneuver to stop the truck. She's in the hospital with non-life threatening injuries and charges are pending. I'm Charley O'Brian.
