(Wrap) - Police in Colonial Heights (near Richmond) are charging the 19 yr old for chasing a girl onto a middle school property last Wednesday with a toy gun. It was a prank, but police bodycam audio shows the officer was not amused.....Preview: Police Major Rob Ruxer says the toy Orbeez gun was painted black and modified to look like a small AR-15 rifle. The 19 yr old is due in court this Wednesday on disorderly conduct and trespassing charges. I'm Charley O'Brian.
