(Colonial Heights VA) - A Virginia high school student faces charges over a toy gun. Police in Colonial Heights (near Richmond) are charging the 19 yr old for chasing a girl onto a middle school property with a toy gun. It was a prank Wednesday afternoon, but police bodycam audio shows the officer was not amused.....Preview: Police Major Rob Ruxer says the toy Orbeez gun was painted black and modified to look like a small AR-15 rifle. The 19 yr old is due in court Wednesday on disorderly conduct and trespassing charges.
