(Alexandria VA) - Police in Alexandria are investigating another antiemitic incident discoverd Thursday in a quiet neighborhood. Somebody used a brick to shatter the window of an SUV and painted a swastika on it. The owner tells NBC-4 it's frustrating.....Preview: It's only the latest antisemitic incident. Fairfax Co. Police arresting a 16 yr old the week of the 14th for a racist rampage. He was destroying property and usng red spray paint to vandalize over 30 locations in the City of Burke.
