(wrap) - The measure was recently introduced to the State Water Commission. It was initially brought up during the latest General Assembly Session... and is expected to get another chance next year after state agencies weigh in on the plan. Bailey Davis with the Virginia Department of Health tells 10 On Your Side that he believes the legislation will protect vulnerable communities from chemicals that they might not even know are there. These toxins are also known as PFAS.
