(Richmond VA) - Student cellphones might be banned in K-12 schools in Virginia. The Department of Education has a draft policy recommendation schools could use to ban cellphones or other personal communication devices at school. Richmond parent Matt Lano tells CBS-6 he's good with that.....Preview: Students would have to store their devices in locked pouches or in a location off the student's person. Gov. Youngkin wants all school districts to adopt a no cellphone policy.
