The Virginia War Memorial will pay tribute to those killed on 9/11.
Richard Stelling reports...Preview: The annual Commonwealth's Patriots Day ceremony will take place Wednesday to mark the 23rd anniversary of the attack. The keynote speaker will be a woman who witnessed the plane hit the Pentagon. Lynn Wright is the former deputy director of Naval Intelligence. Virginia War Memorial Director Dr. Clay Mountcastle says Wright saw first-hand the terrible consequences of the attack, including the deaths of those with whom she worked. Wednesday's free ceremony starts at 11:00, but you're asked to get there early if you plan to attend.
