Some families relying on the Affordable Care Act marketplace are facing insurance coverage changes and cancellations due to rogue insurance agents exploiting consumers. These agents only need basic information to switch or cancel policies without the policyholder's knowledge, leading to surprise bills when coverage is needed. Atlanta attorney Jason Doss says that he believes that this is the largest health insurance fraud case ever. Doss has started lawsuits for families across the state and country who are being victimized. According to the Federal Government's own numbers, almost 275-thousand people have filed complaints that they were enrolled in plans or switched coverage without their consent.
