(sound offtop)Preview: Reverend Dr. Melvin Marriner of Grove Church in Portsmouth is organizing a march this weekend to address rising crime. He says the event, known as "Better Is Now: Violence in the Village," is also about the Black community...Preview: Members of the community are expected to attend Saturday's march. It will start at 8 a.m. outside the city's courthouse. Afterwards, officials will give out up to five-thousand dollars in rental, grocery and gas assistance.
