4-year-old Who Goes There and 1-year-old Hi, It’s Me are two bully breed mixes who were rescued from a bad situation by Richmond Animal Care and Control. A Facebook post from the organization says rescuers found the female pair inside of a car in a crate, covered in urine, excrement, and flies. The younger pup acts as a seeing eye dog for the slightly older one after glaucoma took her sight. Problem is, no one has showed interest in adopting the duo. Adoption volunteers say the home needs to be quiet, with few steps, and no other dogs. Shelter Director Christie Chipps-Peters tells CBS6 they are hoping for a miracle.
