(Arlington, VA) -- A Virginia city has been ranked one of the fittest cities in the country. Rocio Rivera has details.Preview: Arlington, Virginia and D.C. have been ranked the top two fittest cities in America. The ranking comes from the 17th annual American College of Sports Medicine Fittest Cities Index. But this isn't the first time Arlington has topped the list. This is the 7th year in a row they were first. The index rated things like smoking rates, number of diabetes cases, and how well the city accomodates its residents needs for physical activity. Arlington ranked high in having safe, open places for people to walk. Other cities that ranked high include Seattle, San Francisco and Madison, Wisconsin. I'm RR.
