(Charlottesville, VA) -- A Virginia man arrested earlier this year for allegedly making threats against Vice President Harris and former President Obama may soon be released from jail. Richard Stelling has more.Preview: Voicer Script:
Frank Lucio Carillo of Winchester was granted an emergency motion on Monday and will be released once he posts a 25-thousand-dollar bond. Carillo was granted the bond after he was admitted to the University of Virginia Medical Center on September 16th. His attorneys say he suffers from heart disease and has had a serious decline in his health since his arrest. Carillo is set to go on trial in Harrisonburg later this month on 14 charges related to threats against Harris and Obama.
