Investigators say a 42-year-old Army veteran drove a rented truck through a crowd on Bourbon Street early yesterday in what was possibly a planned terrorist attack. Governor Youngkin called the attack "unimaginably vicious and twisted" while Lieutenant Governor Winsome Earle-Searls called it "cowardly." Republican Congressman-elect John McGuire said Americans need to stay vigilant because "the enemy is not at the gate, the enemy is in the gate."
