Thirty-year-old Tyler Keith Jones of Martinsburg, West Virginia was found guilty in March of charges related to a shooting that happened on Interstate 81. His attorney now claims that the guilty verdict should be tossed because prosecutors failed to disclose evidence that could have led to his acquittal.
