The Virginia Department of Corrections says three people are facing charges for allegedly bringing drugs into a Chesapeake prison. The agency announced the arrest of the three suspects yesterday following an investigation at Indian Creek Correctional Center. Investigators found that Betty Hoyer of Chesapeake and Michael Hoyer of Norfolk were delivering drugs to their son.
