A police chase during the summer is turning into a prison sentence for a 39-year-old man. Donyae Lee Lewis pleaded guilty this week on felony charges of eluding police and being in possession of a firearm. Police say they were trying to pull Lewis over for speeding on July 5th. Lewis, who already had a felony conviction, threw the firearm out the window during the chase. Lewis was sentenced to 18 months in prison, plus three years of probation.
